In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the secrets of making authentic Neapolitan pizza from a certified pizzaiolo. The class will be held on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Sorrento at Antico Frantoio a great restaurant in Sorrento, offering stunning views of the coastline and Mount Vesuvius.

During the class, you will:

• Knead, stretch, and top your own pizza using traditional techniques
• Learn about the different types of flour, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese used in Neapolitan pizza
• Bake your pizza in a wood-fired oven
