On the way back to Sorrento we will stop in Pompeii to let you visit the ancient roman city.

Journey Plan
The tour will start from Sorrento, as it's a private trip you will decide the pick up address from your hotel or any address in Sorrento or nearby Sorrento's town. You will travel with an air-conditioned luxury sedan car or minivan driven by a professional english speaking local driver that can introduce you the history and main sights that you will see during your trip.
After about one hours and 30 minutes you will arrive in Naples, where you can visit the most important sights in the city, like: Cappella San Severo with Vehiled Christ, Church of Gesu Nuovo, San Gregorio Armeno, Santa Chiara cloister,Piazza Plebiscito, Maschio Angioino etc... All ticket entrance are at your own expense.
You know that Naples is where PIZZA was born and you should try it here! We can suggest you the best pizzeria where to taste it for a lunch stop of about 1 hour.
After you pizza (optional) we will drive you to Pompeii, here you will have 2 hours to vist the UNESCO-listed ruins of Pompeii. Buried under the pumice and ash of Mt Vesuvius’ 79 AD eruption, the once-thriving city remained preserved under the rubble. Today, it offers a fascinating look into ancient Roman life (entrance ticket at own expense). We suggest you to book an expert guide in Pompeii to better understand the importance of this archaeological site, the most important in the World! Guide is not included, the cost is 150 Euro for 2 hours.
This full day tour will finish driving you back to Sorrento.
