Journey Plan
The tour will start from Sorrento's port, as it's a private shore trip the driver will wait for you at the wharf, precisely at "Bar Ruccio" holding a sign with your surname on it. You will travel with an air-conditioned luxury sedan car or minivan driven by a professional English speaking local driver that will introduce you to the history and main sights that you will be seeing during your trip.
In about 2 hours we will arrive at Paestum which is known to be the capital of buffalo mozzarella cheese. Your first stop will be at a mozzarella farm. During the tour of the farm you will learn and see the complete process of the making of mozzarella.
After a stop for lunch (optional) your day will continue to the Greek-Roman Temples and Archaeological Museum of Paestum, one of the famous and most preserved archaeological sites in Italy. Entrance ticket is not included, the cost is 15 Euro per person from March to November and 10 Euro per person from December to February.
Once your shore excursion to Paestum is finished. Relax in our vehicle while we will drive you back in Sorrento's port.
